Our Nurses
Arpita has had 17 years of experience as a Nurse. She was born and brought up in India and completed her nursing in India. She worked in a Multispecialty hospital for 5 years as a Paediatric ICU Nurse. She also worked as a tutor to Indian Nurses for their NCLEX-RN exams (To work as a nurse in the US). She then moved to London for 3 years where she worked as a supervisor to a community care worker. She moved to Australia in 2013. And completed her RN conversion course from Curtin University. She has been working for Shalom Medical centre since 2018. She specializes in Aged Care, Wound Care and Childhood Immunization. She enjoys talking to her patients and ensures that they get the best possible care.
Born in Perth Julie-Anne has worked in healthcare since 2003. She became a nurse in 2015. She worked in a variety of roles predominantly caring for the aged & disabled in both the community and in hospitals. In 2017, she found a new passion in General Practice Nursing. She has a passion for patient education, wound care and preventative health. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, sing (badly) and create knitted creations for friends and charity.
Hayley has been working as a Registered Nurse for 8 years and worked in Aged Care whilst studying for her degree. Hayley has had experience in many areas of nursing including Theatre and Emergency and spent the last 7 years in a Surgical/Medical ward. Hayley joined the practice in December and has a passion for wound care, assisting with skin procedures and providing continuity of care to her patients.
Hayley studies yoga and hopes to integrate this into her nursing care once completed. Hayley’s downtime is spent with her dog, at the beach, at the gym or having coffee with friends. Hayley tries to live a holistic lifestyle and enjoys sharing this passion with others.
